Food Pairing- Baked Brie in Homemade Puff Pastry with Local Honey and Comice Pears

Second Course

Food Pairing- Seafood Gumbo with Shrimp and Crab

Third Course

Food Pairing- Seared Duck Breast in Amber Ale and Porcini Sauce over Mustard Greens and Goat Cheese Grits

Fourth Course
Beer- Raspberry Tripel a la Champagnoise
